RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a bank that is on the search for an Accountant.
This opportunity is for a boutique community bank that possesses just over $1B in total assets, has operated for over 75 years with both domestic and international Private & Wealth Management lines of business. The level of seniority and titles are flexible. Our client is offering an excellent compensation and benefits package. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Key job duties, among others:
- Analyze income and expense items to ensure they are recorded in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Research inquiries and respond to federal and state examiners, as well as auditors.
- Reconcile assigned accounts; may assist in reconciling Bank accounts and account receivables.
- Review daily wires for accuracy.
- Process monthly securities entries and other securities transactions.
- Responsible for the preparation of daily and monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Responsible for the preparation of the Call report and other regulatory reports.
- Supervise accounts payable and review invoices.
- Ad hoc reporting
