About the Need
The successful candidate will oversee AR operations while mentoring team members and collaborating closely with leadership.  We’re seeking someone detail orientated, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve processes.

This role is ideal for:

• Experienced AR managers ready to own and grow a department, or
• Senior level AR specialists/leads with strong skills and leadership potential who are ready to grow into a management role over the next 12-24 months

No weekends required, this position is in-office Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Position Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or associate degree plus equivalent experience as well as 2 years’ progressive experience in AR
2. Proven ability to be a fanatic about response time and deliver legendary service in a multi-business unit, deadline driven environment
3. Proven experience building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and team members by listening generously, speaking straight, and setting clear expectations
