Job Role: Digital Engineering Hands-on Architect (AI & Automation)

Location: New Jersey/New York (Hybrid) Must visit office 2 days a week

Mode of Hiring: Long Term Contract

Summary: Hands-on architect with strong AI and automation background to design and implement automation-first

solutions. Work on AI-powered frameworks, CI/CD, and intelligent quality engineering practices.

Job Description:

AI/ML & GenAI: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, MLOps
Automation Frameworks: Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress, Detox
Quality Engineering: AI-driven testing, self-healing tests, predictive QA, defect prevention
Engineering Practices: CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker/K8s
Programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, Swift
Data & Integration: APIs (REST/GraphQL), embedding's, vector databases, observability tools
Domain Advantage: Healthcare & Life Sciences Integration with CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
