Job Role: Digital Engineering Hands-on Architect (AI & Automation)

Location: New Jersey/New York (Hybrid) Must visit office 2 days a week

Mode of Hiring: Long Term Contract

Summary: Hands-on architect with strong AI and automation background to design and implement automation-first

solutions. Work on AI-powered frameworks, CI/CD, and intelligent quality engineering practices.

Job Description:

• AI/ML & GenAI: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, MLOps
• Automation Frameworks: Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress, Detox
• Quality Engineering: AI-driven testing, self-healing tests, predictive QA, defect prevention
• Engineering Practices: CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker/K8s
• Programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, Swift
• Data & Integration: APIs (REST/GraphQL), embedding's, vector databases, observability tools
• Domain Advantage: Healthcare & Life Sciences Integration with CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
