Job Summary:

Aaratech Inc is looking for an innovative AI Engineer to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models that solve real-world business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems and scalable solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production environments
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications
• Preprocess, analyze, and interpret large datasets to derive insights
• Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability
• Implement pipelines for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization
• Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and machine learning concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for AI/ML deployment
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI)
• Familiarity with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
