About the Role
We are seeking experienced Anesthesiologists to explore opportunities with premier fertility and reproductive medicine programs across the United States. Positions may be full-time, part-time, or per-diem/locum, offering the chance to work alongside reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, and embryologists in state-of-the-art clinical environments focused on patient-centered fertility care and advanced treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing fertility treatments and procedures, including oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, and minor in-office interventions.
• Perform preoperative assessment and optimization of patients for anesthesia.
• Monitor and manage patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Administer and titrate anesthesia medications as appropriate for individual patient needs.
• Collaborate closely with the fertility care team to ensure seamless procedural workflow and patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients on anesthesia plans, risks, and post-procedure recovery.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Current U.S. medical license and DEA registration.
• 2+ years of experience in anesthesia, preferably in OB/GYN, fertility, or women’s health settings.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
• A candidate must already be authorized to work in the United States.
