**Job Description** Anti-Fraud provides unique services and support to internal organizations and customers worldwide. These include payment services and anti-fraud programs to support Oracle Cloud Services. Supported online venues include Oracle Store and Cloud Portal. Anti Fraud Systems Analysts conduct analysis to identify, assess and report on current fraudulent activity and trends. **Responsibilities** Anti-Fraud Systems Analysts conduct analysis to identify, assess and report on current fraudulent activity and trends. To do this, the Analyst will: + Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations + Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations + Identify, evaluate and report issues to management as necessary + Monitor, diagnose, and disposition fraudulent transactions through the use of fraud prevention technologies + Work cross functionally with company stake holders to develop rules in support of evolving fraud trends and business needs + Development of system processes in support of current and future business needs + Create and maintain process documentation and publish to content management systems + Analyze trends and process performance through data collection and metrics. + Communicate effectively with management and cross functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** + BA/BS college degree is a plus (not required) + Technical aptitude; learns new technology quickly + Proficient in English (writing and verbal) + 1-2 years work experience--may include internship(s) + Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint **Preferred Skills** + Personal Drive - demonstrate a sense of urgency, motivation, and tenacity in achieving objectives. + Communicates Effectively - conveys knowledge and credibility with effective structuring of ideas, opinions, and information, in writing and speaking. + Results Oriented - personally does what is needed to complete the work; learns new concepts and technology quickly; demonstrates persistence in the face of setbacks; delivers high quality results on time. + Problem Solving - demonstrates resourcefulness by exploring a range of alternatives and options to resolve problems; quickly recognizes new problems and develops solutions within appropriate time scales. + Planning and Organization - plans, coordinates, and monitors multiple activities while optimizing the use of resources to achieve a goal. + Adapts to Change - responds to change by demonstrating flexibility and working effectively in ambiguous situations. + Collaboration and Team skills - seeks feedback and involvement from other teams and individual; develops working relationships with colleagues. May be eligible for equity.
