Job Description

Appointment Scheduler Location Colorado Springs, CO :

• Answers all incoming calls from patients, referring doctors, etc
• Is responsible for the accurate scheduling of patient appointments, triaging patient questions and any other misc calls that are received
• Follow scheduling guidelines for each physician as outlined by Administration
• Complete all new patient data entry requirements
• Triage patient follow up concerns
• Check in patients for consultation, surgery or post-operative follow up
• Other administrative functions as assigned including insurance verification, scanning charts or other projects
• Wages are based on candidates previous experience
• Comply with all regulatory requirements such as OSHA, HIPAA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
