About Us:
Studio Carver Architects is a full-service architectural firm based in Carmel, California. For over 40 years Robert Carver AIA, LEED AP has specialized in site specific architecture, LEED certifiable sustainable design, historic preservation, land-use and coastal planning. Working directly under the Principal of the firm, the successful candidate would be responsible for the development of design and construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and overseeing the work of our drafter. Growth opportunities available as a Sr. Job Captain or Project Architect. Training will be provided in studio standards as well as BQE Core.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced architectural Job Captain to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have professional experience in schematic design through construction documents and construction administration phases and is fluent in Revit.

We'd love to meet you if you possess a foundational knowledge of construction documentation, consultant & agency coordination, technical detailing, specification research, and overall project leadership. Demonstrated experience interpreting complex problems and identifying effective solutions, and a working knowledge of California building codes is a plus. To be successful as a Job Captain at Studio Carver Architects, you will have excellent communication & organizational skills with a capacity to track multiple timelines and effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
