Architectural Project Coordinator
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – 1 day WFH per week)

What You’ll Do As a Project Coordinator, you will support the architectural team and project managers through every phase of affordable housing projects, helping transform conceptual designs into vibrant communities. You’ll:
- Develop preliminary and conceptual designs, including site plans, building layouts, elevations, and amenities.
- Research and interpret zoning codes, building codes, and accessibility requirements at city, county, and state levels.
- Prepare, organize, and review construction drawings and specifications.
- Drive the plan review and permitting process to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with development teams, consultants, and construction partners to ensure projects meet design intent, deadlines, and budgets.
- Contribute to housing solutions that have a real, lasting impact on families and communities!
What You Bring - Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Architecture degree.
- 2–3 years of architectural experience
- AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with building codes and accessibility design requirements.
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for affordable housing and community improvement.
