As an Area Practice Manager at QualDerm Partners, you are tasked with overseeing multiple dermatology locations, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring outstanding patient care across the practices. Your role demands a balance of leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on management to align the team with our mission of delivering high-quality skin care.

You will serve as the key liaison between the clinical and administrative staff, facilitating communication and cooperation to enhance the overall workflow and patient experience. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, driving employee engagement, monitoring financial performance, and implementing best practices aligned with our organizational goals.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within a healthcare or medical practice setting is essential, with a preference for dermatology experience.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate staff, manage teams, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with patients, providers, and staff.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address issues proactively and effectively.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining excellent patient satisfaction scores.
• Proficient in healthcare management software and data analytics.
