Family Law Attorney

Our client is seeking to fill an Associate Attorney position at a well-respected firm that has been practicing for 30+ years. We offer a collaborative working environment with genuine opportunities for advancement, including the likelihood of partnership within three years .
The Associate Attorney will:
- Collaborate closely with lead attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
- Conduct case evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Recommend appropriate actions based on case analysis.
- Prepare and review proposed orders and motions.
- Handle discovery processes and depositions.
- Create thorough trial presentations.
- Maintain effective communication with clients.
- Utilize strategic thinking to achieve client objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation
- Perform case evaluations and reporting

- Communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:
- Must be licensed or intend to become licensed in Nevada
- Knowledge of legal principles, statutes, case law, court rules, and procedures
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and intricate factual details
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
