Position Overview:

Marathon Auto Body and Repair is looking for a skilled and dependable Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in collision repair, frame work, panel replacement, and refinishing. We offer a fast-paced environment, steady workflow, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame alignment.
• Sand, prep, and finish surfaces for painting.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and factory specifications.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and follow job flow procedures.
• Track labor hours and communicate parts/materials needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of auto body repair experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of collision repair and refinishing techniques.
• Must own basic tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, on-time, and able to work independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
