What you will be doing for SBH:

• Helping create Customers for Life, One Customer at a Time
• Helping prospects find the car that best suits their needs

Performing high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles * Responding to customer's phone and on-line inquiries regarding availability and pricing of vehicles

• Striving to secure an on-site visit in order to demonstrate vehicles and help move customer to a "yes"

Learning to professionally overcome objections with finesse, logic, and professional explanations * Training daily to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and professionalism * Bringing a positive, energetic, focused mind-set each day What we will be doing for you:

• Providing a sales process structure designed to maximize your success
• Providing consistent and constructive guidance
• Showing, not just telling you how to improve with each customer interaction
• Training on technique, product knowledge and professionalism
• Rewarding efforts and results with compensation, bonuses, and promotion opportunities
• Building a New Sales and Service Facility to properly support our customers and associates
