Welcome and assist customers as they enter the showroom
Ask questions understand customer needs and guide them toward the right vehicle options
Present vehicle features capabilities and optional equipment clearly and confidently
Offer and conduct test drives while following proper procedures
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by dealership management
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer questions and buying decisions
Review daily and weekly performance to improve sales processes and time management
Previous automotive sales experience preferred
Excellent customer service communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated team-oriented and goal-driven
Strong organizational and written communication skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
