Job Description

Big Daddy`s Soulard in St. Louis, MO is looking for one bartender to join our strong team. We are located on 1000 Sidney St.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. Immediate positions for day & night shifts available.

Must be dependable, hardworking, have flexible schedule, able to work weekends, holidays and special events, well groomed appearance, have own transportation, team player, experience in restaurant or night club industry, and able to be professional and communicate well with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Wait on customers at Bar as well as serving an assigned section of tables
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Must have table serving experience
• Proven working experience as a bartender is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
