What You’ll Do:
Connect virtually with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored benefit solutions (life, accident, and supplemental coverage)
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Follow up on warm leads—no cold calling or door-to-door sales
Stay organized with digital tools and maintain accurate client records
Attend weekly virtual team calls and leadership development sessions
Represent the company’s values of service, integrity, and respect
