Job Description
Overview:
The Bioinformatics R&D team performs advanced and cohort-level genomic research that includes machine learning applications and complex statistical analyses. We develop algorithms, workflows, and UI's to support collaborative and operational research and clinical needs, as well as help internal and external collaborators ask and answer challenging genomic and transcriptomic questions.
Responsibilities for this position: - Statistical and bioinformatics analyses
- Software development
- Data visualization
- Communicating findings and methodologies
- Work with clinical and research colleagues to understand needs and deliver bioinformatics solutions
- Experience with Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, and GitHub are preferred
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and/or frontend development is a bonus

Education Requirement: - Master's Degree, in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Biology or related field with 5 years of relevant experience, required.
- PhD, preferred.
