Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: As a substitute teacher at Bob Jones Academy, you will provide student instruction from a Christian worldview for various elementary courses, fulfill assigned duties, and perform service duties as needed within the school. This position is on an "as needed" basis.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach assigned courses
• Supervise students during structured activities
• Maintain grades (long-term subbing)
• Attend chapel/faculty meetings (long-term subbing)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work on a short notice
• Professional in appearance and presentation
• Effective in oral and written communication

An applicant must be a born-again Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
