Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Setting Location: Torrance, CA Company: Amergis Healthcare Staffing Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Pay Rate: $65/hour - Paid Weekly Contract Duration: 2025/26 School Year Start Date: September 30, 2025 About the Role: Amergis Healthcare is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in school settings throughout Torrance. What You'll Do: + Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) + Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) + Train and support school staff in ABA strategies + Supervise behavior technicians and aides + Monitor student progress and treatment fidelity + Collaborate with IEP teams and families + Maintain detailed documentation and reports What You'll Bring: + Master's degree in ABA or related field + Active BCBA certification in California + Experience in school or pediatric settings + Strong leadership and communication skills + Commitment to student success and inclusion Why Amergis?
