Job Opportunity: Office Admin/Bookkeeper (Full-Time/Part-Time) Location: North Brunswick, NJ Experience: 2+ Years Preferred (Entry-level applicants welcome) We are a growing CPA firm in North Brunswick,NJ looking for a dedicated Office Admin/Bookkeeper to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we are ready to provide the training and support you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Manage both electronic and physical filing systems. Data entry and record keeping using Quick Books, MS Word, and MS Excel. Handle basic accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and bank reconciliations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree (preferred). 2+ years of relevant experience (for experienced candidates). Freshers are welcome; we offer on-the-job training. Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Compensation: Competitive salary, based on experience.
