Flying Biscuit Cafe has been serving delicious breakfast all day for 20 years and we are excited to open our brand new location in Chapel Hill. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about creating delicious food and providing exceptional service. As a Breakfast Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fun and loving team environment.

Job Overview:

• Consistently prepare great food fast
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area
• Assist the team in other positions
• Strong communication with team members
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service
• Cook in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow instructions and comply with regulations and standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members

Job Requirements:

• Moderate breakfast cooking experience
• Proficiency in operating with different types of dishes
• Knowledge and adherence to food safety procedures
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Punctuality and positive attitude during busy days
