Your role will involve a mix of tasks, including:
Crush sales targets
Always on time
Collaborate like a pro
Available nights and weekends
Proven sales experience required
Polished and professional
Clear communicator with clients and team
Keep products stocked and organized
Maintain dress sanitation
Handle special orders with precision
Keep the store spotless
Must have your own reliable transportation

Who You'll Report to:
Store Manager(s)
Store Hours:
10am-6:30pm
11am-7:30pm during Holiday Season
Expected Hours:
40 Hours a week
Weekend availability is a must. Saturdays are all about finding the perfect dress and popping the bubbly, so working this day is a must for everyone on our team. We promise, it's the most fun day in the store!
Job Types: Full-time & Part-time
Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour

High school Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Direct sales: 2 years (Preferred)
High-end retail/Bridal: 1 year (Required)
Previous experience working in an elevated service environment a PLUS
