As **Business Analytics & MCI** within our **Insights & Analytics team** , you'll deliver transformative Insights and Analytics, elevating processes and deliverables to be best-in-class, by implementing innovative tools and methodologies **Main responsibilities:** + Leverage market insights from global GTMC and GBT to derive actionable local implications for Pharma business needs. + Develop a comprehensive Market Performance framework to support the strategies of the BioPharma business, ensuring that business objectives are met through the use of data-driven insights and analytics + Develop and support national and customer models to deliver call-to-action insights to support Market Performance improvement. + Collaborate with the Insights & Analytics team LATAM to share best practices, enhance team performance, and ensure a consistent approach to business intelligence within the BioPharma Business Unit. + Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and market research, applying this knowledge to improve the organization's data-driven decision-making capabilities. + Build strong relationships with Marketing teams, fostering collaboration and trust, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met through timely and relevant business intelligence solutions. **_About you_** + **Experience** : + Relevant experience in Business Insights or Business Operations roles within the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical industry, working with General Medicine and Specialty Care brands in the Spanish Latam countries. + Hands-on experience in Competitive Market Analysis including both descriptive and predictive techniques: Market Sizing, Segmentation, Market Performance, Primary research, etc. + Experience working with 3th party vendors including IQVIA, Gob360, etc. + Experience and knowledge on data-driven forecasting techniques + Deep understanding of the business domain, including industry trends, market dynamics, and key business drivers. + **Soft skills** : + Strong Business Acumen with the ability to deliver actionable insights to address business key questions. + Strong communication skills for articulating data-driven narratives. + Resilience and ability to work under ambiguous situations. + Stakeholder management + **Technical skills** : + Proficient in structured data manipulation, data analysis and consumption. + Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI). + Background in descriptive statistical methods + Financial Proficiency: Interpretae and use financial figures to support business decisions. + **Education** : Bachelor's degree in data science or related. + **Languages** : Fluent in Spanish, English is a plus **Pursue Progress.
