Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as a Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for handling calls related to patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general hospital services.

Job Description

• Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
• Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
• Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
• Other assignment as necessary.
• Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

Skills Required

• 1 year experience of Call Center and Bilingual (facility specific).
• Payroll and Timekeeping experience required
• Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including word, Excel and outlook.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)

Additional Requirements

• Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  Pay Rate

• $31.00 per hour
