Are you passionate about water safety and love connecting with people? We're looking for a friendly and motivated Call Center Sales Representative to help families discover the life-changing benefits of swim lessons.
In this remote role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through our swim programs and helping them take the first step toward water confidence. If you're a natural communicator who enjoys making a positive impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
Engage with families over the phone, providing information about our swim programs and water safety mission.
Answer questions and address concerns in a warm, professional manner.
Promote the benefits of our swim lessons and guide families through the enrollment process.
Achieve sales goals by helping families find the right program for their needs.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the team to stay informed on class schedules, promotions, and updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a seamless and positive experience from the first call.
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, engaging approach.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in phone sales or customer service.
A passion for water safety and the ability to share its importance with families.
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
Comfort with technology (CRM software, email, and other communication tools).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying proactive and motivated.
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends to accommodate families.

Work Details:
Part-time or full-time (at least 30 hours per week)
