Bonuses: $10,000 days, $15,000 nights
Differentials: $4.25 nights, $1.50 specialty
Relocation: Up to $5,000

Overview
Deliver evidence-based care to complex cardiac patients in a focused CVICU. Collaborative environment with clear pathways to CCRN and leadership development.
Responsibilities
Continuous cardiac monitoring and ventilator management
Vasoactive drip titration and rapid response participation
Discharge readiness teaching and family support
Accurate documentation and contribution to unit quality metrics
Required
FL or compact RN license (or eligibility)
1 year recent ICU, CVICU, or ER experience
BLS at hire; ACLS within 6 months; NIHSS within 30 days
Preferred
BSN; CCRN encouraged
