Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform professional residential carpet cleaning, including pre-inspection of carpets and identification of carpet composition and best cleaning practices.
• Use company-provided equipment and cleaning solutions to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and clients during the cleaning process.
• Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure timely service while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and offering recommendations for regular carpet maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment, reporting any malfunctions or needs for repair.
• Drive to various locations as scheduled, ensuring prompt arrival and professional interaction with clients.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and adapt to new cleaning technologies and practices.
• Prepare detailed reports after each cleaning service, documenting procedures performed and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and help improve team performance.

Requirements

• No prior experience in carpet cleaning required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime when needed.
• Willingness to participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance job performance and knowledge of cleaning techniques.
• Comprehension of basic cleaning chemicals and their safety applications.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous positions.
