The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily living activities in a psychiatric facility. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, performing health-related tasks, and transporting residents to appointments. The CNA also collects specimens, records vital signs, and assists in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with basic hygiene such as bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing.
- Perform health-related tasks such as taking and recording vital signs and collecting specimens.
- Assist in emergency situations.
- Transport residents to appointments, assisting as needed.
- Communicate information and follow instructions explicitly, both orally and in writing.
- Make observations and report/record accurately.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
- Document patient care and related duties appropriately.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of job-related experience working with people in a healthcare setting or group home.
- Minimum 1 year of Travel contract experience
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification.
Special Considerations:
- Experience with Adult Psych facilities is required.
- Must be flexible with facility scheduling and able to work holidays.
- Must be highly skilled in de-escalation techniques.

Scheduling:
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift.
- Open shift availability preferred.
