LOOKING TO FILL A POSITION IN JOHNS CREEK. THE HOURS ARE 7HOURS 7 DAYS A WEEK(7AM-2PM). THIS CASE STARTS 1/1/2026. Responsibilities * Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating. * Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation * Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) * Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises. * Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so * Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents * Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency * Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary. Qualifications

• Valid CNA Certification
• Wiling to submit to a background check
• Willing to provide at least three professional references
• Availability to work one of the following shifts: Monday- Friday 9a to 1p and every other weekend 9a to 1p, split shift hours such as 9a to1p and 5p to 8p, 12 hour shift with 3 on 4 off rotation schedule, PRN and PT for nurses looking to work on the weekends or shifts for nurses wanting to work additional short PM hours Monday- Friday.
