Collibra Data Governance/Data Quality
Location: On-site 5 days /week in McLean, VA office
Must have DGC
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on consultant with deep proficiency in both Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) and Collibra Data Quality (CDQ). This role is critical to helping our team mature our data quality governance framework, integrate data quality rules into enterprise processes, and operationalize end-to-end rule lineage and stewardship in Collibra. Candidates must be comfortable configuring Collibra workflows, enabling DQ dashboards, and supporting teams in the use of profiling and monitoring features. Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities Configure and deploy Collibra DGC workflows that support data quality rule creation, approval, escalation, and monitoring Establish traceability between data quality rules, data domains, and controls using Collibra's governance models Integrate Collibra DGC and CDQ, ensuring metadata flow, score synchronization, and issue routing is working as intended Support business teams in operationalizing rule onboarding, rule ownership, and issue tracking via Collibra Build out data quality dashboards and reports in Collibra Work with governance leads to align DQ rules with BWise control frameworks or similar Collaborate with Collibra platform administrators to define best practices Deliver training and documentation to build internal adoption
Required Skills & Experience 5+ years working in data governance, metadata, or data quality domains 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and using Collibra DGC 3+ years of hands-on experience using Collibra Data Quality (CDQ): o Profiling setup and interpretation o Rule results integration o Score and issue reporting Experience designing and modifying Collibra workflows (BPMN 2.0) Strong understanding of data quality dimensions, rule structures, and governance models Familiarity with Snowflake, SQL, and common enterprise data platforms Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Big Plus Skills Working knowledge of Informatica Cloud Data Quality (ICDQ) including rule setup and profiling Familiarity with issue tracking tools like ServiceNow Understanding of lineage capture and asset modeling in Collibra Exposure to Collibra Edge, REST APIs, or bulk asset loaders
