Commercial Cleaner - Full Time Toyota of Melbourne, Brevard County’s largest volume automobile dealer, is actively seeking a Commercial Cleaner to take care of our Service building and carry out basic office cleaning. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities:

• Keeping janitorial closet clean and organized
• Empty waste receptacles and replace soiled/damaged liners.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and remove spots.
• Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Perform restroom maintenance/cleaning in showroom and repair shop.
• Sweep and damp mopping hard surface floors.
• Replenish restroom supplies.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the repair shop
• Strong communication skills
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and personnel policies, requirements, and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of commercial janitorial experience
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid work permit or be a U.S. citizen
• Have physical ability to perform all aspects of job duties
• Detail oriented and values quality workmanship
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license and pass background and drug screens.
