We are looking for full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading insurance call center. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to grow in your career, we'd love to hear from you!

Competitive Pay: $23 - $25 per hour to start

Your Role:

Engage with customers via inbound phone calls to assist with insurance policies and membership services.

Listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide meaningful solutions.

Offer valuable products and services that enhance the customer experience.

Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a positive, can-do attitude.

Adapt to an evolving workplace with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

What You'll Need:

Previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred)

Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting

Comfort with using computers for data entry and navigation

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Schedule & Training:

Training: 17 weeks, 100% onsite in Coppell, TX (must live within 30 miles of training location)

Training Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Regular Work Schedule After Training: 10:15 AM - 7:00 PM

Work-From-Home Upon Completion of Training
