Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, clarify their requests, and address any questions or concerns. By analyzing each situation, you'll determine the best solutions and maintain accurate customer records.
The role primarily involves email-based support, but you'll also engage with customers through other communication channels. You'll troubleshoot basic issues, manage client requests, and provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues by providing basic platform support.
Analyze situations to determine the most efficient use of resources.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of customer service experience, including email or chat support.
Work Schedule
Choose from the following shifts:
1st Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 6:15 AM-2:45 PM
2nd Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
3rd Shift: Wednesday-Saturday, 9:30 PM-8:00 AM
Training & Work Environment
This role requires 3 weeks of onsite training in Beloit, WI. Following training, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule: 4 days remote and 1 day in-office each week.
