Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Success Specialist to join one of our valued clients in the beautiful beachside community of La Jolla, California. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships. This position begins with a comprehensive in-office training program to immerse you in the company's processes and policies, with hybrid flexibility available after the first three months. Training & Schedule Details: + First 3 Months: Fully in-office for training and onboarding at the La Jolla location. + Post Training: Transition to a hybrid schedule with remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities: + Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with professionalism and efficiency. + Provide detailed product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction + Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems + Assist customers with account management, order tracking, and billing inquiries + Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining clear communication with customers + Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and refine the overall customer experience + Contribute to team goals by meeting individual performance metrics and participating in departmental initiatives Requirements + Minimum 1 year in customer service; prior experience in a call center or similar role is a plus. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. + Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally. + High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
