As a **Database Analyst** , for our **EWDS** program in **Point Mugu, CA** you will be responsible to perform sustainment and enhancement of database functionality and utilization. **In this role, a typical day will include:** + Managing, executing, and creating queries + Writing functions and stored procedures + Work with administrators and developers to optimize features and functionality + Assist or provide guidance to users of the database as required **Qualifications:** + **Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance** + **US Citizen Required** + **BA/BS (or four years of equivalent experience)** + **3+ years experience** + **Experience with MS SQL Server** + **Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner** **Desired Qualifications:** + Familiarity with PostgreSQL + SSMS / GIT/ Azure Devops + Create and adhere to QA rulesets + Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Continuous Development/Deployment **GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:** ● 401K with company match ● Comprehensive health and wellness packages ● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career ● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications ● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from ● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
