Job Responsibilities: Design Support: Assist designers in completing design plans, including drawing floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings. Material Research: Research and select appropriate materials for the project, including furniture, decorations, lighting, etc. Project Management: Assist designers in managing project progress to ensure timely completion. Client Communication: Conduct initial communication with clients to understand their needs and assist designers in preparing proposals. Budget Preparation: Assist designers in preparing project budgets and ensuring cost control. Site Supervision: Assist in supervising construction progress and quality during the construction phase to ensure accurate implementation of the design plan. Document Management: Responsible for organizing and archiving design documents, construction drawings, and related documents. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the latest design trends and material information. Technical Support: Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.) for design work. Creative Contribution: Propose creative ideas, participate in design discussions, and add new elements to the project. Team Collaboration: Maintain good communication and collaboration with design team members to advance project progress. Continuous Learning: Continuously learn new design concepts, techniques, and industry standards to enhance professional skills. Administrative Support: Handle some administrative tasks, such as arranging meetings, booking travel, etc.
