Our Client is seeking a Direct Support Professional as well as CNA and CMT's to provide service in the MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD area.

**ALL SCHEDULES AVAILABLE- IMMEDIATE STARTS**

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Guide and assist residents to learning to live and function as independently as possible in community
* Provide direct care, interaction and supervision of the residents, inclusive of all daily needs (meals, grooming, personal needs, transportation, recreation, leisure, medical and medication administration)
* Prepare progress notes, completes daily logs as directed
* May require some or daily driving as needed by the program
* Treat residents with dignity and respect including providing opportunities to engage in decision making, constructive activities and habiliative services to the extent they are able

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
* Driver's License
* Background Check
* Compassionate about the care and well being of others
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
