program designed to prepare students for real-world success. Our mission is to empower future

business leaders through experiential learning, mentorship, and hands-on experiences.


We are seeking a dynamic and organized Director of Operations and Programs to oversee

key aspects of our program, ensuring it runs seamlessly while delivering an exceptional

educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities

Internship Program Oversight

● Manage and oversee the internship program, ensuring high-quality placements.

● Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations offering internships.

● Monitor the progress and outcomes of student internships, ensuring alignment with

program goals.

Masterclass Coordination

● Curate and schedule masterclasses to align with the curriculum and program objectives.

● Collaborate with industry experts to design engaging and relevant talks.

● Lead interviews or panels when masterclass topics require direct student interaction.

Office Visits Scheduling

● Coordinate and schedule office visits to provide students with hands-on exposure to

real-world business environments.

● Ensure visits are aligned with curriculum themes and offer meaningful learning

opportunities.

Educational Program Oversight

● Conduct regular audits of classes (twice daily) to ensure educational standards are met.

● Monitor and manage student attendance records.

● Address low-level student concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

Facility Management
● Oversee the operational arrangement of the building, ensuring it meets the needs of staff

and students.

● Coordinate with vendors and facilities teams to maintain a productive and welcoming

environment.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in scheduling and coordinating events or educational programs.

● Familiarity with experiential learning and business education.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Salary : $85,000-$125,000
