What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to lead our SEO strategy and execution and drive our online presence to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, and experience with advanced analytics tools.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Brightedge, and BigQuery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure the website and content are optimized for inclusion in AI-generated search results.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior SEO role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Brightedge and BigQuery.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results.
Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with getting content included in AI-generated search results.

Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **
Compensation:
Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $100,000 - $200,000.
