Description Robert Half is partnering with a reputable litigation firm in San Ramon seeking an experienced eDiscovery Paralegal to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The firm specializes in real estate litigation, business litigation, insurance coverage, and employment litigation, offering the opportunity to support a wide range of complex cases. Key Responsibilities: + Manage all phases of eDiscovery, including data collection, processing, review, and production + Create and manage document batches and conduct QC checks + Utilize eDiscovery platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity + Organize, track, and maintain case documents and databases + Assist attorneys with discovery strategy, timelines, and workflow management + Support general litigation tasks as needed Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of eDiscovery or litigation paralegal experience + Proficiency with Everlaw, Relativity, or similar eDiscovery tools + Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, document review, and data management + Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills + Ability to work on-site in San Ramon If you're an eDiscovery professional looking to join a collaborative litigation team with a path to full-time employment, we'd love to hear from you!
