Job Title: Entry-Level Electrical Engineer
Location: McMurray, PA
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Job Summary:
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our team in McMurray, PA. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start their career in electrical engineering and gain hands-on experience in industrial design projects. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and receive mentorship while developing your skills in design, drafting, and electrical calculations.

Responsibilities:
•    Perform entry-level electrical design and drafting work under supervision
•    Support the creation of electrical documents and schematics
•    Assist with data collection and basic electrical field surveys
•    Learn to apply NEC (NFPA-70) and local electrical/fire code requirements
•    Help develop:
o    Electrical Room Layouts
o    Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
o    Equipment Load Lists
o    Cable/Conduit/Tray Schedules
•    Complete basic calculations (e.g., voltage drop, conduit fill, cable sizing)
•    Use AutoCAD (preferred) to assist with drawing updates
•    Collaborate with team members across various departments
•    Occasionally work overtime as needed

Requirements:
•    Strong interest in power distribution and control systems
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
•    0–2 years of related experience (entry-level)
•    Strong interest in power systems, controls, or industrial applications
•    “Can-do” attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
•    Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
•    Good communication and organizational skills
•    Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
•    Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Work Environment:
•    Office and shop setting with some field work
•    Mostly sedentary with some walking and standing
•    Occasional overtime based on project needs
