Job Overview:

The Electrician is responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision of the field labor crews so as to ensure that daily work assignments are completed in accordance with the overall schedule and the quality standards of the company, and is able to meet or surpass the objectives and goals of each specific project. The position of Electrician requires physically working as a member of the field crew. This role works closely with our Project Managers and VP of Operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ability to plan and schedule work according to project specifications.
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents as required.
• Effectively communicate within the team to complete tasks on time.
• Participate in preconstruction meetings. 
• Monitor and maintain job site safety standards.
• Processing of daily paperwork as required.
• Coordination with customers and other trades on the job site to ensure harmonious project workflow.
• Review of daily progress to maintain quality standards.
• Material and equipment coordination.

Required:

• Skilled at working on commercial and industrial projects.
• OSHA 10.
• Valid driver's license.
• Journeyman license – multistate licenses a plus (RI, MA or CT).
