Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our production team. This role involves assembling and inspecting electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards and internal quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components and PCBs using hand tools and soldering equipment.
Perform thru-hole soldering and basic wiring tasks.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, schematics, and work orders.
Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing preferred.
Familiarity with soldering, hand tools, and basic electronics.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (Windows, web browsers); ability to learn ERP systems.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and access parts from shelving as needed.

Requisitos
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
Se prefiere experiencia en ensamblaje electrónico o manufactura.
Familiaridad con soldadura, herramientas manuales y electrónica básica.
Capacidad para realizar tareas repetitivas con precisión y consistencia.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo.
Conocimientos básicos de computación (Windows, navegadores web); disposición para aprender sistemas ERP.
Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras y acceder a piezas en estanterías según sea necesario.
