In this exciting role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping how visitors experience the brand—before and after their unforgettable adventures. If you're passionate about blending creativity with technology to create impactful digital touchpoints, this is your opportunity to shine!Responsibilities: Design & Engineer Engaging Campaigns: Develop and code responsive HTML email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring flawless rendering across devices. Optimize & Innovate: Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine email performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Ensure Seamless Delivery: Oversee troubleshooting, manage email layout, content, and hand-code as needed to resolve any rendering challenges and ensure a superior user experience. Strategic Collaboration: Play an integral role in shaping our digital communication strategy, connecting guests with compelling content. Qualifications: Proven proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio. Strong command of HTML for responsive email development. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively. A meticulous approach to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all campaigns. Advanced technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment with an understanding of the difference between coding for the web and coding for email. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing objectives and timelines. Proven expertise with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and animated gifs. Skills: Experience in other ESP's like Adobe AJO nice to have.
