Description We are looking for a talented Email Designer & Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is based in El Segundo, California, and offers an exciting opportunity to create visually compelling email designs while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and coding, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively. Responsibilities: - Create and customize email templates using HTML and CSS within Adobe Campaign. - Develop visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to present design ideas and gather feedback. - Manage multiple deadlines and high-volume tasks with efficiency and precision. - Ensure all designs are optimized for email platforms and mobile responsiveness. - Utilize computer graphics software to enhance the quality and creativity of email designs. - Scale up quickly to adapt to team needs and workload requirements. - Maintain attention to detail while handling various projects simultaneously. Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and email design best practices. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or email development. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Experience working with e-commerce applications and banner ads. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently. - Familiarity with scaling up workflows and integrating seamlessly into existing teams. - Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive email design techniques.
