Job Description

Bay Bluffs- Emmet County Medical Care Facility is currently seeking nurses with geriatric, end of life and/or palliative care experience. Join our team as we provide our residents with exceptional care in a home like environment with compassion and dignity. With a total team approach, we combine dedicated administration with an experienced professional staff to offer a variety of services and programs for our residents, ranging for short term rehabilitation to long-term and dementia focused care and End of Life/Hospice care. Current shift availability is being evaluated at this time as we allow current staff the opportunity to make this transition. Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of residents
