American Income Life Insurance is seeking a  dynamic, self-motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell life insurance products to potential clients. This role offers the flexibility to  work from anywhere while building meaningful client relationships and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present suitable life insurance options.
• Educate clients on the benefits, features, and advantages of different life insurance policies.
• Provide personalized recommendations and advice to help clients make informed decisions.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes, explaining coverage, terms, and conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills .
• Strong  persuasive and negotiation abilities .
• Ability to  build and maintain client relationships .
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
• Knowledge of  life insurance products, policies, and regulations  (training provided if needed).
• Ability to  simplify complex insurance concepts  for clients.
