As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll support campaign efforts from setup to execution at high-traffic retail and community events :
Set up, staff, and break down branded event booths and promotional displays
Represent nonprofit and brand clients during live campaigns, pop-ups, and outreach events
Engage with the public to share campaign messages, distribute materials, and build awareness
Create meaningful connections with community members, shoppers, and potential donors
Track engagement metrics, gather feedback, and help optimize campaign performance
Support your team in achieving outreach goals and daily interaction targets
High school diploma or GED required (College coursework in Marketing, PR, or Communications is a plus)
No experience needed — volunteering, internships, or campus involvement are a bonus
Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people
Outgoing, organized, and able to work on your feet in public-facing roles
Availability for full-time work including weekends and occasional evenings
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
