Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of in-person marketing events . Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Assisting in the execution of live promotional events and brand activations
• Supporting all aspects of event logistics : setup, guest check-in, on-site coordination, and teardown
• Collaborating with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
• Engaging with clients to understand campaign goals and provide timely updates
• Coordinating with vendors, venues, and suppliers to meet project deadlines
• Managing guest interactions and solving real-time issues during events
• Collecting and organizing event performance data and attendee feedback
• Using data insights to support improvements in future campaigns
