As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will be involved in a variety of marketing initiatives that drive company growth and engagement with our target audience.

Pay Range:

$22.00 - $32.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Jersey City, NJ 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Support social media marketing efforts, including content creation and scheduling.
• Collaborate with team members to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.
• Help manage and optimize our online presence, including website content and SEO.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
